Where it falls short

Pricing is opaque. Everything goes through sales, quotes vary with invoice volume, and the tempting extras — payments, corporate cards, vendor management — are separately priced modules that inflate the total. Reporting is adequate for AP operations but thin for finance leaders who want spend analytics; you will still export to Excel.
