1. What ToolMango is

ToolMango is an editorial directory of AI tools. We rank tools using our ROI Score (cost, time saved, quality, etc.), publish reviews and use-case guides, and earn affiliate commissions when readers click through and purchase. The site is provided as a free service to visitors; the newsletter is optional and free to subscribe.

3. Tool listings & reviews

Editorial content (rankings, reviews, ROI scores, "best for" categorizations) reflects our independent opinion based on public information, hands-on testing, and reader signals. We may update or remove listings at any time. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings — see our affiliate disclosure for details.

Tool descriptions, pricing, and feature lists may be out of date. Always verify details with the tool's own site before purchasing.

4. Third-party tools

ToolMango links to third-party products. We are not responsible for the behavior, terms, pricing, security, or content of those third parties. Your use of any linked tool is governed by that tool's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Newsletter

ToolMango Weekly is delivered by Beehiiv. By subscribing you consent to receiving commercial email from us. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We may discontinue or change the newsletter at any time.

6. Submissions

If you submit a tool via /submit-tool or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute that content as part of our editorial coverage. Don't submit confidential or proprietary information.

7. Intellectual property

The ToolMango name, logo, ROI Score methodology, editorial copy, and site design are owned by ToolMango. Tool names, logos, and brand marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may quote short excerpts of our content with attribution and a link back; bulk reproduction requires permission.

8. Disclaimers

ToolMango is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that any tool we cover will fit your needs, save you money, keep your data safe, or remain available. Editorial opinions are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolMango is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, our newsletter, or any third-party tool we link to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, since the site is free, is normally $0).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ToolMango against any claim arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or newsletter at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the site at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, India, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to sue locally.
