What we like

The workflow is genuinely convenient. Pick a template, let Travis (the AI assistant) draft a caption and hashtags, tweak the design in the built-in editor, and schedule to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter without leaving the tab. The multi-language AI writing — 26-plus languages — is a quiet differentiator for businesses serving non-English audiences, where most budget tools are English-first. E-commerce integrations generate product posts from Shopify or WooCommerce catalogs, and the template library is large enough that non-designers can ship acceptable creatives daily. At this price, the value-per-dollar is hard to argue with.

Where it falls short

Every component is the lite version. The AI copy is competent but generic — Jasper or a frontier LLM writes better. The design editor is a fraction of Canva. The scheduler lacks the inbox, approvals, and depth of Hootsuite or Sprout Social, and analytics stop at surface metrics. Ocoya wins on breadth, never depth, and growing teams feel the ceilings within months. Occasional publishing hiccups with certain networks also surface in user reports.

Verdict

Ocoya is a sensible buy for solopreneurs, freelancers, and small stores that want one cheap subscription to keep social channels consistently fed. It replaces three tool subscriptions with one adequate one. If any single function — copy quality, design, analytics — is strategically important to you, buy the dedicated tool for that function instead.
